free people winter jackets

we got our first “real” snow of the season today! it was only a few inches, but it stuck and that’s all I can ask for. i’ve been living in free people jackets of all weights since the summer, but now that it’s winter, I’m loving the selection of heavier weight coats! rounded up my top 4 styles below.

also, since I’m wearing the same outfit underneath each jacket, here’s the link for my top (quickly becoming a wardrobe staple for me, I have it in 3 colors currently and am about to order duplicates), here are the jeans (they run TTS, but size down if between two sizes, and note they are LONG -i’m wearing the "short length here), and here are the boots!

ruby

the ruby is a warm, fleecy jacket. super cozy, runs oversized. button closure. the elbow patch details are my favorite part about the jacket!

dolman quilted knit

i’ve had this in my winter rotation for years, and it’s always a favorite! it’s definitely oversized and roomy, so it’s great to layer thicker sweaters underneath.

hit the slopes fleece

love how many solids + prints this comes in! true story, I was on the fence about this jacket for a while, then I kept seeing it in real life CONSTANTLY. at the gym, at the grocery store, everywhere I went, I could spot at least one person wearing it. took it as my sign to go ahead and order, and I have no regrets whatsoever. it’s more of a cropped fit, but it pairs so nicely with athletic wear or high waisted jeans. in addition to prints and solids, it’s also offered in a button closure or a pullover style.

pippa packable puffer

i’d been eyeing this one for some time, and was so happy to receive it for christmas! it truly is packable, so it’s perfect for being on the go. it’s warm without being super thick, which I personally love. the pippa comes in a range of solid colors, a few prints, and is also available in a pullover.
