treat yourself: my quarantine splurges
If there’s one thing I’ve learned with this little bit of extra time I have at home, it’s that I need to un-memorize my credit card information, and avoid online shopping after 10pm.
With a wider variety of prices, I’ve been having some pretty random add-to-cart days lately. Here are some of the things that I’ve treated myself to, no matter how how ridiculous they seem. I would have put my Nintendo Switch on here, but to be fair, that was a pre-order made before the stay-at-home orders into effect. But basically, yeah that was definitely a worthwhile buy considering I’ve spent upwards of 200 hours playing Animal Crossing…
Truth be told, I think the craziest thing I’ve purchased during quarantine is new clothing. Where am I going? To the living room? Though I hope to wear my new dress and jumpsuit in Hawaii soon, it’s not looking likely (please stay home, please).
Not pictured, but I also ordered some bamboo mason jar lids and some glass straws! I tend to take my iced coffee upstairs, which means Margot has access to it, and she isn’t soo good with boundaries - or the concept of not sharing - so if left unattended for more than 0.00001 seconds, she’ll either knock my coffee over my very white bedroom, or put her stank kibble mouth all in it.
